In this first edition of Quilted Diamonds 2, there is a DVD—as lagniappe. Lagniappe is a gracious southern custom—something given with a purchase to a customer, by way of compliment or good measure.
The DVD lesson is included for the price of the book alone! At $29.95 for the book and DVD it is a fabulous value.
I hope that you will watch the DVD lesson, but if not, rest assured that all of the instructions you need are also illustrated in detail in the book.

This DVD is coded "region 0" to play in any country, on a DVD player compliant with NTSC standards. NTSC (National Television Standards Committee) is the standard used in North America, Japan, Korea, the Philippines and some countries in South America. PAL (Phase Alternating Line) is used almost everywhere else in the world, including Europe and Australia.
NTSC DVDs can be viewed by quilters in PAL countries on a multisystem TV or a NTSC/PAL DVD player. DVD players on computers will accept both NTSC and PAL DVDs if equipped with multisystem software. Otherwise, NTSC DVDs cannot be viewed on PAL players.
Thanks to the "region 0" coding, we have heard from quilters all over the world, even in PAL countries, who have been able to play the QD2 DVD without any problems, and we expect the same of the DVD for Jane Austen's Writing Table Quilt. |
