Print shapes on fabric with any ordinary Inkjet printer.
The backgrounds and blades in this collection can be combined in MANY ways to make distinctive variations of Dresden Plate, Wheel, and Fan designs. There are 7 different blades and 5 different back-basting backgrounds, which make dozens (hundreds?) of variations.

The examples are 9 inch blocks.
More variations are illustrated in the Inklingo Dresden Plate Design Book (FREE). It also includes instructions and shows the actual sizes of the blades and backgrounds.
Dresden Plate has never been this simple and precise before! With Inklingo, you can • use Inklingo to print the patches and/or the back-basting outlines on the fabric (wow!) • use traditional appliqué techniques with templates printed on freezer paper • foundation piece the blades to the printed backgrounds • back-baste individual blades, or just the tops I like a combination of foundation piecing and back-basting the best. All of the methods are illustrated in the free design book.
Monkey says, Remember, no matter which shape collection you choose, you also need the free design book.
YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL!
If you order the Appliqué collection and the Fancy Pieced collection, you will have it all! (Everything in the Basic Pieced collection is included in the Fancy Pieced Collection.)
Experienced quilter? You will find these curves easy to cut and sew, thanks to Inklingo’s precise lines for stitching and cutting, printed on the fabric.
New to Inklingo? GETTING STARTED
New to quilting? The curves in this collection are gentle enough for a beginner with basic sewing skills. If you are a complete novice, the instructions for hand and machine piecing in The Inklingo Handbook will get you started. Thanks to Inklingo, you can use scissors if you don’t have a rotary cutter and mat (yet).
