HOW TO BE SURE YOU HAVE THE LATEST VERSION

1. Check first!  

It is easy when you know how.  

When you have an Internet connection and have a shape collection open:

1. Un-check the box at the bottom of the first page where you log in.

2. Close it—with the box un-checked.

3. Re-open.  

When you re-open, you will have to enter your email address and password again. It will open normally, but if there is a newer version, there will be an additional message starting with "Good news!"

As soon as it is convenient, you should log into your account on the website and download the newer version, so you can use it even when you do not have an Internet connection.  

Another Option: If you are always online anyway (connected to the Internet), you can choose never to tick that box. You will have to enter your email address and password every time (instead of once every 200 days), but you will always know when there is a new version for you.

2. Download again.  

It is better to check for a new version first (above), but there is no limit on the number of times you can download on the same computers. (The End User License Agreement, or EULA, limits you to two computers at a time.)
