It was a good clue when we told you the yellow/tequila fabric also represents sunshine in Key West!
As you can see, the blocks are arranged to create a burst of sunshine in Margaritaville.
The pink represents the coral reefs around the island.
The green represents the palm and pine trees growing on the beach in Key West.
Of course, the blue represents the sea and sky.
You can see how these all fit together when you assemble the quilt top in Clue #6.

Clue #6 also includes suggestions for making a larger variation of the Case of the Stranger in Margaritaville!
Love the lines. Quilt more!
If you have been following along, I hope you have detected that Inklingo makes everything obvious and simple, not mysterious. When you print the shapes on fabric, you can cut without templates or measuring and sew along the lines by hand or by machine. You don’t need Hercule Poirot’s powerful little gray cells!

Tequila, sea, sand, palm trees and coral reefs. It’s been a great trip.
Agatha Christie brings together all the suspects and explains the solution to the mystery in the last chapter. I wish we could all meet in Key West for this final clue but listening to Jimmy Buffett is a nice consolation.
I hope you enjoyed our imaginary tropical trip in the sunshine. Please share your quilt tops on the Inklingo Facebook page!
