Inklingo Online Resources Part 3

Inklingo on YouTube

Inklingo Online Resources include dozens of videos on YouTube and this week we added a new one.

How to Open Inklingo PDFs

INKLINGO DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS – NEW VIDEO

You don’t have to be a geek to use Inklingo to print on fabric!

Almost all quilters download and open an Inklingo PDF within 10 or 15 minutes of placing their very first order. This video summarizes the three steps in only 84 seconds. Cool, eh?

I am available for “tech support” too.

It is necessary to have copy protection but it is as simple and friendly as possible, so you can spend more time sewing!

Introduction to Inklingo

INTRODUCTION TO INKLINGO – OLD VIDEO

Once you have opened your first PDF, you will want to watch the video on the Welcome to Inklingo page on the website and follow the step by step instructions for printing your first sheet of fabric.

I always recommend starting with the FREE Diamond Triangle Square shape collection ($20 value) because it includes the first chapter of The Inklingo Handbook (pages H5 – H48) and some great shapes to print on fabric.

Print on fabric with your Inkjet!

You can print a “combo” like this or print the triangles, diamonds, and squares separately with the FREE Diamond Triangle Square shape collection ($20 value.)

Inklingo is all about making quilting more accessible. I designed Inklingo so you don’t need any special equipment or ink. All you need is a computer—either Windows or Mac—free Adobe Reader software, and an Inkjet printer.

Inklingo quilters spend very little time on the computer or printing compared to the amount of time they spend choosing fabric and sewing.

Printing is the fastest way to get everything ready to sew!

OTHER YOUTUBE VIDEOS

There are dozens of Inklingo Videos on YouTube. I recently organized them into Playlists to make it easier to find the one you want.

You are welcome to share my videos with your friends or on your blog. Of course, I love it if you give a video a thumbs up on YouTube too!

Inklingo at home

There are fresh photos on Facebook almost every day.

FACEBOOK VS THE BLOG—ARE YOU SUBSCRIBED?

Facebook is usually quilting related but I share other photos too.

Please share photos of your Inklingo blocks! You can email them to me or post directly to the Inklingo Facebook page.

Inklingo on Facebook

You do NOT have to have a Facebook account to see what I post there if you go directly to
https://www.facebook.com/inklingo

Just because you have liked the Inklingo Facebook Page does NOT mean Facebook will show you what I post, so you might want to visit directly every once in a while too.

It is more fun for everyone if you share your photos online!

I have an idea for Part 4 of this series and there are new shapes coming too. If you want to be notified, please subscribe (top of right sidebar).

In the meantime, just in case you missed them:

It is a beautiful Saturday here with temps in the 50s! It doesn’t feel like November 2016 at all . . . maybe because I’m experiencing 1529 in Wolf Hall with a needle and thread.
