Cleopatra’s Fan is an old design by Laura Wheeler, published in the Cincinnati Enquirer in 1934. (Beyer 363-11)

In the 1930s, the shapes were prepared with paper or cardboard templates and scissors. The next step was acrylic templates and a rotary cutter. Now, Inklingo makes this design accessible to more quilters.
